Sauce - ¼ cup olive oil
1 clove finely sliced garlic
100g Primo Diced Pancetta
Pinch of chili flakes
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbls balsamic vinegar

200gm fettuccini, cooked to packet instructions


  1. Heat oil in a large sauté pan.
  2. Sauté garlic on low until fragrant.
  3. Add remaining sauce ingredients until pancetta has lightly browned.
  4. Add fettuccini to pan and stir to heat through.
  5. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves and a few whole caper berries to garnish.
