Sauce - ¼ cup olive oil
1 clove finely sliced garlic
100g Primo Diced Pancetta
Pinch of chili flakes
Zest of 1 lemon
1 tbls balsamic vinegar
200gm fettuccini, cooked to packet instructions
- Heat oil in a large sauté pan.
- Sauté garlic on low until fragrant.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients until pancetta has lightly browned.
- Add fettuccini to pan and stir to heat through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves and a few whole caper berries to garnish.
